if you have the stock swype that comes preinstalled on a phone this will not work, you need to be on the beta for this to work. root and remove stock!! lol

Instructions:
download the Swype.apk from the link.
If you have the stock version that came preinstalled on the phone it must be removed as the beta will not work. make sure to reboot after removal.

If you are already using the beta the apk should install right over the top.
